Her job is to make sure that only the finest "rockstars in training" make it through the interview process and are trained to have the skills and resources to work magic for their clients. As a work-from-home mom, she wants other moms to know that they can "have it all" : a successful career while working at home raising their children! It's no longer just a dream.
